This necklace comes with one sterling silver or gold 3/8" 24g disc with one initial/number of your choice.

Please state in the notes at checkout what letter/number you would like on your disc. If you purchased more than 1 disc, please separate letters/numbers by a comma.

You also have two font options: serif and sans-serif. Please state your desired font in the notes at checkout as well. (This picture features the sans-serif font)

Additional discs must be added to your cart separately, with the ability to change quantities in your cart.
